You may upload the commission to other websites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not claim my work as your own.

You may use the commission for personal use including but not limited to: avatars/profile pictures, banners, or phone/computer wallpapers.

You may print or otherwise create a physical reproduction of the commission as long as it is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You may not use them for commercial or non-commercial projects or distribution unless otherwise discussed.

You may not use the artwork commercially (i.e. advertising your own services or products) or for any blockchain related purposes (i.e. non-fungible tokens, aka NFTs)

You may not submit the commission to any machine learning programs/AI.

You may not change, modify, or edit the commission without permission, including cropping, erasing, obscuring, or otherwise removing visibility of the watermark. This does not apply to use as an avatar/banner provided adequate credit, as outlined earlier, is given.

You will be entitled to a 20% discount on your next commission from me if you send me a pet/animal photo when you contact me to request a commission. Please do not send any graphic photos. Bug owners, including spiders, are welcome.

You may not trace over the art.

You will be sent a copy of these terms alongside the invoice for payment, please ensure you read through them for any changes. Any updates to these terms will retroactively apply to previous commissions.

I reserve the right to post the finished artwork in my galleries for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I am unable to complete the commission or no longer wish to and the commission is half or less than half complete. "Half complete" is defined here as any art that has completed the sketch and cleanup stage but no coloring, shading, or highlighting has been done.

I reserve the right to refund you half of the full amount paid if I am unable to complete the commission or no longer wish to and the commission is more than half complete. More than half complete is defined here as any art that I have started to color, shade, or highlight.

I retain all rights to the artwork(s).

mecha & machinery (unless otherwise specified during discussion of details with the Client)

partial nudity (uncovered breasts, obscured genitals)

full nudity (referring to explicitly visible genitals)

porn/sex

sexualized depictions of characters whose age is stated to be under 18 within canon material (this may also apply to characters intended to look like young children regardless of age stated in canon)

hateful content

people who exist in real life (this does not apply to realistically designed or live action fictional characters)

I will only accept payment through Paypal in USD, you will be responsible for any currency conversions.

I will initiate the transaction via an invoice that will list all items, character fees, and a copy of my ToS. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed your commission and sent an invoice requesting payment.

Half of the payment will be required up front, the remaining half will be requested once the commission is completed and will include any revision fees applicable.

As outlined previously, this first half of the payment will be refunded in full if I am unable/no longer wish to complete your commission and the commission is half or less than half completed.

Once the second half of the payment is processed you will receive a full size and full resolution copy of the commission. If I am unable/no longer wish to complete the commission I will send a full size and full resolution copy of the commission up to the point that I stopped working on it, provided enough work was done to send anything.

All of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and nothing physical is ever intended by either me or the Client to ever be physically shipped to them, and I am not ever required to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.
